However, I raise you, <a href="http://britsinespana.blogspot.co.uk/2014/02/madrid.html" rel="nofollow">Madrid</a>. Not only a beautiful city in the architectural sense but culturally and historically. I am biased, I must admit, after having lived there for a number of years, and I appreciate it isn't everyone's ideal place but to me, it's the most beautiful, wonderful, interesting and vibrant city in the world.
